Commercial Account Representative (Hybrid Work Model)

What youll do

Be the first point of contact for clients and partners
Manage contracts, data, and trends
Support billing and collections processes
Identify improvements and optimize workflows

What we offer

Hybrid work model after full on-site training 2 days remote 3 days in the office
Schedule 8 AM 5 PM
Base salary 1,000 meal allowance (7) language bonus (100)
Initial training (1 month) outsourcing contract with no fixed term

What were looking for

Native or fluent English (mandatory requirement)
Minimum 6 months of experience in Contact Center
Strong communication and organizational skills
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office
